Cooperative Preschool
For the preschool to be a success, active participation by all parents is essential. To attain this kind of participation, parents are required to hold a specific job in the cooperative, be present for duty days and attend General Meetings. The ideal coop preschool is for you as well as your child.
During duty days, the parent acts as classroom assistant and provides the snack for the class. This provides a wonderful opportunity to see how your child interacts in the class as well as get to know the teacher and other students. The program allows parents to take an active participation in their child's education.

Philosophy
The purpose of early education is to foster competence in young children. We believe that preschoolers are active, curious, eager and competent self-motivated learners. They need to be treated respectfully. They need time and attention to develop skils, learn concepts and learn to trust.
Céline Bédard - 2 and 3 year olds
Céline has been with Beaurepaire Preschool (BNG) for over 10 years, guiding, helping, and encouraging our young children. As an accomplished educator, she creates a warm and caring atmosphere for her 2 & 3-year-old classes. With an Early Childhood Education degree from Vanier College and certification by the Association of Early Childhood Educators of Quebec (AECEQ), Céline continues to develop professionally through conferences and workshops.
Kim Liza De Toni - 4 year olds
Kim will be joining Beaurepaire Preschool (BNG) in September 2009 as the educator for the 4 year old class. Kim was awarded her Bachelor of Arts degree from Concordia University (Dean's List), majoring in Early Childhood and Elementary Education. Her strong academic background combined with 15 years experience in teaching young children at Lower Canada College make her an ideal educator for Beaurepaire Preschool (BNG).
